​​​Caucus membership is open to all registered Delaware Democrats who: 

1. Identify as a military veteran or; 

2. Identify as a military family member or;

3. Is a member of the Delaware Democratic Party.

Become a member of the Caucus by clicking on this link. Dues is $25 per year for an individual or $40 per year for a couple or family. 

Military family members are spouses, parents, or children of a veteran, active duty member, reservist, or guardsman. Grandchildren may be a military family member if they provide support or care for the living veteran grandparent. Survivors of a deceased veteran who had the above relationships with the deceased veteran are also eligible. 

Associate membership in the Caucus is open to all Delaware Democrats. Associate members may participate in DVMFC Meetings and activities but will not have a vote for officers or policies.
